Directions:

As an herbal supplement, take 1/2-2 mL (approx.14-56 drops) two to three times daily in juice or water before meals and/or at bedtime. This product is best used by gradually increasing dosage over a 2 week period with a 1 week break before repeating. Do not exceed the recommended dose. This product is not intended for long-term use.

Not intended for use by pregnant or nursing women. If you are taking any medications or have any medical condition, consult your doctor before use. Avoid this product if you are allergic to ragweed or daisy-like flowers. If any adverse reactions occur, immediately stop using this product and consult your doctor. May cause changes to stools. I am very pleased with this product. I was taking another brand of the same product but it was suddenly unavailable.
